Handbuild Luminaries
With Colleen Routley, Join Colleen as she guides you through basic handbuilding techniques to create your own pottery luminary piece. 12+ No Experience Required All Materials Provided

Students will handbuild from a prepared pottery slab. They will texturize with provided items and rollers. Then shape over cylinder mold. Adding a bottom if they want. Then cut out light exposing shapes using cookie cutters or drawing and tracing designs. Under direction. Producing a Luminary of cylinder shape.
Colleen has enjoyed art of various mediums throughout her life. She has focussed on pottery for more than 20 years. Colleen enjoys passing on her experience through teaching others.
Colleen's pottery can be found for sale at our downtown Baker St Giftshop. Â She participates in our yearly pottery show at our Gallery this Fall.Â
