This four session class will  provide a comprehensive and engaging experience for intermediate watercolorists, helping them master both grisaille and pouring techniques. Overall, participants will leave the course with a deeper understanding and practical experience of grisaille and pouring watercolor techniques, equipped to create dynamic and glowing paintings with these methods.
Tammy is an artist, instructor, and entrepreneur born in Southern Saskatchewan, whose extensive travels across Western Canada have profoundly influenced her eclectic style and vibrant color palette. Art has always been central to her life, and she continuously evolves her subject matter and storytelling techniques. Selling her works semi-professionally since 1996, Tammy's art is featured in public galleries, private collections, commercial projects and even a children's book, with notable appearances in local, national, and international media. Her work has also been showcased with the Sketchbook Project, including a notable exhibit at the Brooklyn Art Gallery in New York from 2011-21 and a long standing partnership with U-Space Gallery in Atlanta GA. After a decade-long hiatus to pursue education and family, Tammy is now reengaging with her art, creating in her Kingsgate, BC studio, and leading workshops throughout the region.
