Nuno Felt Scarf- Use hand-dyed habotai silk with merino wool to make a beautiful scarf with the option for a ruffle edge or fringe end. There will be options of colours of silk and wool to choose from. Finished project will be approx 60" x 10-12" wide. You will learn how to make a long project on a short table. How to wet felt a combination of silk and wool to make nuno felt- textured silk on one side and soft wool on the other.


Carmen has been wet felting for 15 years. She loves working with both natural colours and shapes as well as bold, joyful bursts of intense colour. The process of wet felting continues to fascinate her as it involves alchemy, shifting through different stages. It’s not totally predictable and is often surprising.
