Join Rico in her two-part class "One Line Drawing: Storytelling." Perfect for artists of all levels, this class will guide you through the expressive art of One Line Drawing and introduce the basics of watercolour painting. In the first session, you will explore the art of one line drawing, a technique where a single continuous line brings your subject to life. Rico will provide step-by-step guidance as you practice your skills. Participants are encourages to bring photos or items that will inspire them and represent a story they want to tell through their art. The second session introduces watercolour techniques to enhance your one line drawing. Join us for "One Line Drawing: Storytelling" and discover how a single line and splash of colour can tell a unique story.
Rico was born in Japan in 1980. She attended Musashino Art University in Tokyo obtaining a BA in Visual Communication Design in 2006. Later she attended Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and received a BA in Fine Arts. She moved to Canada in 2012.
