Youth Pottery Class

Wed July 12 from 3:30 - 5:30

Wed July 26 from 3:30 - 4:30

A hand building class for kids where they will leave with a functional piece (mug, bowl, plant pot etc.) as well as a creation of their choice. The first class with be an introduction to to hand-building where participants will be guided through the process of creating their functional piece, and given some time to "play" with clay for a creative piece of their choosing. During the second class, students will have an opportunity to learn about the glazing process and glaze their pieces.
